Week 15: I mean, seriously.

I don't even have anything to say, here: Legacy gallery image unavailable: Eli tummy time I know, right? And get this: Legacy gallery image unavailable: Eli in an orange hat And then this is just ridiculous. Ridiculous. Legacy gallery image unavailable: Eli after the bath And it's all a good thing, too, since Eli is back in growth-spurt mode, which of course involves nonstop eating and snuggling when it just happens to be in the middle of yet another heat wave, so that it's somewhere between 80 and 90 degrees in the house, and here's Eli's plan: Legacy gallery image unavailable: Eli and mommy napping But all is forgiven, as usual, because his sheer cuteness makes our hearts hurt. Speaking of hearts hurting, Eli has spent the first half of two nights in a row in his very own room, in his very own crib. It's been horrible. We just stare at the video monitor forlornly and then force ourselves to go to sleep until we hear even a tiny little grunt, and then Justin leaps out of bed and runs into his room and brings him back to our bed where he belongs. Luckily, his growth spurt has him waking up about four hours after going to sleep, so we're not without him for long. And hey, you know that thing I said about the nanny share last week? Yeah. Cute pictures, but we're not doing that. I think we found a wonderful daycare, but I'm not talking any more about it, lest I jinx it and/or lie to you all some more. Until then, bask in the incredible cute-itude and dudes ... check out the muscles on this kid: Legacy gallery image unavailable: Eli is ripped
